My car have an issue with transmission fault, I informed to the Autolife team (KIshore Kumar) and he guide me the exact process for claim.
They are very polite and working very closely with customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a SCAM. The policy that the company issued is a lie. They just make money from selling one policy, they won't provide any cover for your vehicle. My friend made a claim, and they said they can only cover an engine wire which is $40. And my friend requires to pay $450 for the excess fee. They have so many exclusions in their MBI policy, it is a SCAM. The management team and customer service are just TERRIBLE. They are only so nice to you when you buy the policy. Please be mindful of all the positive comments. This is the worst MBI company in NZ EVER.
WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY. Imagine if are paying this for 5 years. Then, if you try to quit, to stop, they start to try to retain you. They make things difficult. And after that, they charge you a fee. They ask you a lot of questions about why you don't want their service. Why you don't add another car?
If you call them, the lady on the phone starts coughing in your ear. It is a nightmare. prepare to be angry, to get nervous. DO NOT BUY. Worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended! Be aware of this insurance company. Their priority is to decline you. and after I had problem with my car that I start to contact them then I realized they mostly pay for nothing, they only pay for partly of towing your car. They don’t pay for diagnosing of course! They don’t pay for a lot only pay for the sudden issue. Most of the sudden issues will be accident and it will be covered by normal insurance won’t need mechanical insurance. So over all, not worth to buy a mechanical insurance especially from such a poor service company.
When I end up giving up on making a claim from them rather than sell my car. I asked for a policy refund on Monday, surprisingly they can’t do that on the phone call which AMI and AA etc all can. So I have to email to them and wait someone contact me! Wait for another day another guy contacted me and tell me I need to wait for their accountant to contact me. Wait till Friday nobody contact me. Next Monday I called them and been told it will be refund soon. Okay eventually got my money back but hey I don’t know what have been deducted, I don’t think it’s right if you give me a refund without a invoice or statement! When I ask for it I got nothing from them. Nobody reply emails. Terrible!
