Had issues with confirming the due date with 'other sales lady' who said Maggie advised the wrong date and lounge suite was 4 days away on a boat... then called back a few hours later to say it had just been delivered to the shop??? Then when it finally did get delivered one of my Lazy boys were faulty! Advised Maggie straight away and 4 days later and nothing, no contact from anyone. Called back and spoke to 'Other Sales lady' again who said it wont be fixed over night.... WHAT? ITS BEEN 4 DAYS LADY I just wish I didnt spend my money here. Condescending, rude and incompetent. Go to Smith City, it's cheaper!
