Most importantly do not stress… Call for advice. We’ll provide lots of good advice to assist with your situation and reduce the cost. If you would like Van Man to assist let us know. We have an efficient pre-move and packing service.
A well-prepared load will ensure that your move is efficient. Loose items take longer to load and unwrapped items are more vulnerable to damage. Label boxes with the rooms they are to go to. Dismantle beds, tables and shelving. Put it all in the garage or in one area of your house that makes it easy to load.
If you can’t get it all packed let us know. We’ll bring the resources to get you moved efficiently. It will cost more if you don’t – especially if we have to bring in extra staff to get it done in time. Most often, we have other scheduled work.

Even during the summer rush they managed to give me a date and quote super fast! They were super helpful and answered all my questions (I'm always super anxious)

Excellent responsiveness, superb attitudes - nothing was a problem (even when I kept changing my mind about what else to take!), they were efficient, respectful, and adaptable. Even set up beds, and hooked up the washing machine. Highly, highly recommended.

After getting left in the lurch by another mover (!! - situation detailed in a separate review), I rang to see if VanMan had any availability. Darryl in ops was wonderful. Although they were at capacity that day, he tried really hard to fit me in - the communication and follow-up was great. And in the end, they were in fact able to fit me in at short notice, on the following work day.
Jacob and Levi moved my things on the day, they were awesome: very efficient, while still having a lot of care for the items they were moving.
It was a real relief to have everything go so smoothly. Professional, organised, great communication, nice people - these guys know what they're doing. Full marks!

Of the 4 movers i contacted they were by far the easiest to deal with. I had a bit of a complicated pick up and drop off situation over a couple of days and it was no problem for them, they sorted something out for me. The team very very careful with items , fast and amazing packers into the truck. Will definately recommend them.

I was very impressed with VanMan. It was very difficult weather to move in, and one of their workers had been taken down with an injury prior to arriving. The teams were really dedicated to support each other to fill the gap with different people coming on board at different times. It gave a really good impression of the team and the company.
The VanMan movers were hard working, very polite, accommodating to the neighbours, and very positive. They were fantastic and a real pleasure.
