★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Had a bartender, I think her name was Holly, ignored me for ages and was not a kind person to me. Made me feel unwanted, everything else was good except her. At least six people behind me got served by her while I was waiting at the front, the new girl did very well and tried hard. Just the holly girl was disrespectful and rude. She’s the reason I’m not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great restaurant with excellent friendly staff. The menu suggested sharing food, so even in these covid times our group of 7 opted for the small plates of 6 varieties leaving room for desert. Thanks for the help in choosing the plates as they were all excellent choices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in celebrating our anniversary, they went out of their way to move us to a more private area on a busy night. Great food, stand out was bang bang chicken and the prawn dumplings, staff went above and beyond with all our dietary needs. We were given a heads up that there would be a wait on cocktails but they came out quickly and were 10/10. We will be back vault 21!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. We dealt with three staff, all went above and beyond with suggestions and help. Amazing vegetarian options, had the mushroom hot pot was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend to other vegetarians looking for something innovative to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service and atmosphere are great. Mocktail is amazing. I had Slow Braised Beef cheek hot pot. Beef and mushroom is well cooked. Beef was so tender but the whole thing was VERY SALTY. I couldn't finish my meal and by the time I left my tongue was numb.
