β β β β β We came to Lucky looking for a car, and he was very helpful, very honest, and helped us find a car, and fix it just the way we wanted (3rd seat and a mattress). He has a great carpenter that does all the wood work, he's very professional and the work is for a good price.
He'll let you take the car for a mechanic check nearby if you want to.
Before we left he made sure to show us all the work he did, and insisted we check everything works.
Definitely going on the road with a good feeling, and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick and easy way to buy a campervan.

β β β β β We Girlfriend and I bought our camper here in the season travelled one year without any problems. Being the downtime we couldn't get that best price but we are happy what Auckland Campervan has offered us had no issues during our trip. Effective service help with all the paperwork. Lucky and the team made our trip nice.

β β β β β I bought my campervan here traveled three months of all NZ and had no major issues. Had little things at the start of my trip which they sorted. I have no sold my vehicle and am happy with the sale and purchase of my camper. It was easy to deal with these guys, well done interiors of there vehicles and all are fully checked mechanically.

β β β β β Donβt buy your van here. You are backpackers, they will take your money and if you have a problem itβs for you. It happened to me and i donβt want anybody in the same situation. Avoid this place.
Update on your answer, i can see that you are using the same message on many bad review that you have received. I'm sorry to see such a bad behavior from you a year later but i'm not really surprise as my experience with you was a total disaster. Keep selling lies...

β β β β β Lucky and all the staff were very helpful and friendly! We came here looking for a campervan that has 3 seats and a bed and we found a great one in a fair price. They fixed and costumed everything to our needs in the most professional way, again for a fair price.
We managed to finish the entire process of buying a backpackers car in one day(!) thanks to Lucky and his great crew!
Will definitely recommend buying a car here, very convenient process and super professional and reliable place.

β β β β β Run away as fast as you can from this dealer. Fake feedback. They ask you to put a good feedback so they give you a discount on your car. No warranty, they knows that you are backpackers and if something wrong happen they don't care at all. I had a problem within the first 3 weeks, came back to Auckland and they haven't fixed it and said that it's not covered by Consumer rights. I went to the police and a Consumer right association, both told me to go to the court because they should repare my problem, so i'm in the process now . Please don't ruine your travel with this dealer.
Don't buy your car there !!!
Just a follow up from your answer one and half year later, as you try to change the situation and lying, why lie after all this time? The judgement appear 6months after my car was sold and after my travel due to justice delay, and because i didn't ask any money but just to fix my car was. So when the judgement came my car was sold already and i ask the judge that this situation doesn't happen again to a traveler. The judge couldn't certified that it won't happen again and i sold my car correctly so the case was close. You talk about this review to the judge and she told you if you want this review remove you could do something that day and you refused. So your honesty is still the same as i see.
If someone read this post, stay away from this seller, he's a thief and a liar if anything happen to your car, he won't do anything, you will be alone.
Same for the good review on this page, he give 1% discount if people write good reviews before leaving.

Auckland Campervan has a nice and good selection they do know what they are doing and do all necessary mechanical work on all their vehicles. The team is helpful and makes buying a campervan easy. I got one with a full service new wof and a fresh self contained certificate. I am happy with my camper and the service the team has provided me. Great price for a great car. A++++
