VenturePet can uplift your pet prior to packers arriving, arrange boarding, complete export health documentation and transport your pet to their new destination. Or if you are all relaxed you may want to handle pre-export requirements yourself and check your pet in with VenturePet at the airport on the day of travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved my much loved Schnauzer Mika from Wellington to Los Angeles using Venturepet. For probably a year prior I was in contact with Lisa and she was always extremely helpful with my enquiries and questions regarding the move. Lisa is very attentive to her clients and it makes the whole process so less stressful because I always felt informed. During the uncertainty with COVID and flight cancellations Venturepet always had a plan to keep to get Mika to her destination. Venturepet from my experience are extremely professional and I would trust them to move my pet again. Thanks again to Lisa and Venturepet. Five stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I flew my cat, Peanut, from NZ to Denver, CO USA. Lisa at VenturePet was amazing at helping me navigate and understand the process of getting Peanut across the world. There were a few issues that came up due to airline rules and policies about flying animals. Lisa immediately informed me of these changes and helped me figure new plans to make sure everything worked out. Lisa is also a very kind person as she responded to me with warmth and patience whenever I got anxious about this process. Thank you Lisa and VenturePets!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used Venture Pet twice now (2009 and 2022) to transport cats from New Zealand to Europe and both times have had a fantastic experience. Their communication is outstanding, including sending photos of the kitties when they were on their way. I created difficult situations at the pickup side on both occasions, meaning they had to work with a family member the first time, and a cattery the second time, and they took care of absolutely everything for me. Super happy with my experience with them. Kitties arrived safe and happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alfred the cat and I had a wonderful experience moving from Wellington to Belgium with VenturePet, even if I was initially really worried about how he would cope with such a long trip. Lisa is super responsive, kind and made it all super easy and smooth. She booked his flights, coordinated with an agent to receive him in the Netherlands and deliver him home in Belgium, took care of all the paperwork, provided a cage a few weeks before for Alfred to get used to, sent me timely reminders for vet visits and took Alfred in her care the day before our big move, which helped me focus on last minute tasks. Most of all, Lisa made me feel Alfred was in very capable hands when I dropped him off. She then sent me multiple photo updates during the trip, which were all very reassuring as Alfred looked pretty content. I’ve found Alfred super happy after the trip and he settled right in in the new home as if nothing happened. Couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend more for people leaving New Zealand from the broad area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lisa and the team are amazing. So professional, so thorough, so kind and caring. We were relocating from Wellington to Málaga, Spain and, with three cats to transport, were apprehensive to say the least. We felt that our precious cargo was in safe hands from the get go. The process and necessary paperwork was fully explained so that we could organize the necessary vet checks etc.
VenturePet liaised with a wonderful company in Spain to arrange both the receipt and navigation through all the various checks and processes on entering the country and transport to the final destination.
VenturePet also worked with the amazing cattery to coordinate arrival at the airport for departure (we had already left for Spain ourselves some time prior)
Once the journey had begun we are kept updated of the progress so that we could track the cats' journey. We felt supported and informed every step of the way.
Our cats arrived safe and sound and had obviously been well cared for during their huge journey.
We are very happy to recommend VenturePet.
