★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up for the vehicle tracking units, all I have had is problems with the units, the support and the billing. None of my bills are correct, they don't match my agreement. I have asked repeatedly for a contact for the complaints department & I have not been given this. I am very frustrated and just want these units and the constant incorrect bills out of my life. The so called customer success manager promises to get back to me and is not sorting anything out. Beware of what you are getting into. I didn't want to give one star, but it won't post without it.
