Trying to relocate from overseas to NZ is stressful enough for a multitude of reasons and having the opportunity to work with a team as responsive, helpful and professional as my dealings with Jonathan made everything a breeze. His attention to detail and human touches made all the difference. I had been in contact with a number of bigger named property management companies and they all fell short. All I can say is thank goodness for Jonathan and his team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jonathan responded very quickly to my request. I called him in relation to a vacant property which we were having difficulty letting ourselves. He immediately went around and viewed and made quick recommendations on how to present it better and find a tenant. Which he then went on to actually do. He was in constant contact and organised some improvements and tidying up of the property. Then he found and signed a new tenant. I was totally delighted with his speed of response and results. We had had the property empty for some time, and as I live a long way away from Auckland, he was able to quickly and efficiently solve our problem. Well doneJonathan!!! Highly recommended.

We live out of town and needed help to find new tenants and he went above and beyond to help us, including organising and coordinating suppliers to come into the property to get it ready for our new tenants, finding the new tenants and doing all the required checks and contracts. He had a proactive approach, thinking of all the steps ahead of us and communicating well throughout the process. I would highly recommend Jonathan and Vic Road Property Management. I've been in service based industries most of my career and his service is the definition of what excellent service actually looks and feels like.
