★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for breakfast one morning with the family. Our bacon and egg bagel, ham and cheese croissant and two large coffee came out nice and food was tasty. Wouldn't mind trying some of their more expensive breakfast items.

Have previously enjoyed their salads which are more reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great cooked breakfast. Coffee too small. In house bakery superb. French style share a bench seating probably not for everyone. Mr and Mrs Jammed Up Inside not loose enough to enjoy having a stranger seated along side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great choice of breads, absolutely love focaccia - the best in the city. Im a regular customer, now addicted to brioche and raspberry/ blueberry custard rolls ( baked only on Fridays). Very popular place, always full, good menu, everything is fresh (open kitchen, so you can watch the chefs cooking your meals). Great place to meet a friend or enjoy lunch. Very friendly stuff. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give Vics cafe 10 stars I would. It’s my go to place to bring friends from out of town if I want to show off Christchurch’s food scene. The service is incredibly fast and the food is amazing every time. Not to mention the delicious coffees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing. First place we got to after our flight and staff were so friendly. Unfortunately for us kitchen was closed or we would’ve stayed and got something to eat. Coffee was good. You automatically feel comfortable when you walk through the door. Will now be my chch go to. Thank you team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this place. We are regularly going there to get their bagels and focaccia. Today we stopped in for a sit down on coffee on our bike ride. It was a lovely inviting atmosphere with well informed staff, knowing their products. The service was also efficient.
