★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried this place for the first time today. The decor of this restaurant is really lovely and for that alone I would have given it 5 stars. Sadly the food for me was extremely average. My partners $8 Whittakers hot chocolate tasted like it was mostly made with hot water. I've also been to France several times so would have liked better food here, considering it is a French restaurant. The food for me unfortunately tasted very bland. However, as mentioned, the setting is really lovely and so I hope they honestly do well. Feel It's worth another visit as maybe I just struck an off day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon arrival we were seated and then left for 10min without a beverage or any service people in view. When they arrived they took our order and in 5 min returned with our hot drinks and
dumped then on the table, spilling them. Our French toast arrived. It was delicious ?. They then asked if we were ready for our next dish and offered for us to wait. We waited. It to arrived 10min later and looked lovely but not too my taste. Nothing wrong it. The menus were dirty as was the floor and chandeliers. Lights were out on the chandeliers. Dirty rags left on shelf behind my friends head. When pointed out at the end of our meal we were told it had been a busy day and the menus were going to be replaced in a weeks time. Avoid the car park in the rain as it puddles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked here for breakfast, had high hopes. First sign should have been the rude over the phone booking experience. We ordered a cocktail which was served in a very small glass that was only half filled until we asked to have it topped up. Ordered a pate to share, the small container was half filled with butter and the pate itself was pretty disappointing. Unacceptably long waiting times considering it wasn’t very busy when we first arrived. 1 out of the 3 crepe meals ordered was lovely. The other two were extremely disappointing, ended up leaving majority of the food on the plate. The chicken, Brie and cranberry croissant tasted incredibly strong of mould to all who tried it, it was inedible. When we told the staff about it they explained that it was the sourness of the Brie coming through. Unusual considering i have never ever had brie that tastes like that. Overall incredibly disappointing and extremely overpriced for the quality of food and service we received. None of us will be back, nor recommending it to anyone we know. Perhaps the only positive is that the two items that were the worst of the lot were removed from the bill. Plenty of room for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious. Will definitely come back. Great for gluten free… they make all their sauces etc so know exactly what’s in them. Lovely staff. Great service. Good coffee. And had a nice sheltered area outside to eat.

My favourite coffee is the French caramel latte, it is the nicest coffee I've ever had. I have tried several of the crepe flavours and loved them all.
Beautiful building and set out, and very friendly staff!
