β β β β β Hasn't been there quite sometime, it was sad to see that so many shops have closed probably due to the pandemic, especially in our favorite food court, only one stall selling in the first floor, hoping to see it come back to live.

β β β β β The small community has basic everything you need. Even though it's more like a Asian area but the cafe here is not bad. Of course if you like Asian food this is the place you should visit. Different kinds of Chinese restaurants, Korean restaurants, HK bbq, Vietnamese......

β β β β β This shopping centre is pretty run-down and overdue for a massive refresh. It is nostalgic to visit this Mall because it was much the same 20+ years ago.

β β β β β This place plaza area a bit tired and dated. But the food options are ace, there's all the things you need. The supermarket is a bit of a weird one. It used to be a Big Fresh back in the day, which is funny because it's a small supermarket.

A lot of Asian food and related markets are located here.
A large countdown store and some medical practices with are also here.
Everything required at a short notice can be available here.
Ample parking spaces are there and always available.
Easy to walk to the shopping area from the nearby suburbs too.

β β β β β Quite a nice open pedestrian mall with plenty of food options as well as shopping options. The carparks is decently sized. The outdoor area between the carpark and library is quite nice with some grassy areas to sit by.
