★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have listened to my inner feeling. They didn't do a bad job, but not perfect either. For me it has been the worth experience ever. Well; I kind of blaim myself, what can you expect from a Beauty shop in the shopping mall?
When I sat down to get my "eylash perm and tint" the girl who did it, didn`t introduce herself or asked me for my name. She kept asking her collegue in indian and I started to feel very uncomfortable. I wasn`t really sure if she understands what I was saying. But well "everyone gets the chance for a start right?" I am not a native speaker either and I do understand if you need some time to adjust.
But it got worth, I had to close my eyes obvousily, but they proccess wasn`t very customer friendly at all. She had an very aggresive tone in her voice only said "close eyes" "open" "close" "you lean back" you!" "You wait now" ... I do understand if english is not your first language it might be sometimes a bit hard to communicate. But in this kind of a job you should be able to say "please.. thank you... do you mind..." just being kind and giving the client a good feeling.
I felt pretty anxious while sitting there for about 45 minutes (pretty uncomfortable) my eyes closed and the 4 girls around me yelled in indian language, laughed and didn`t give me a welcoming feeling at all. Nobody told me about the process and even when I asked in between I received a rough answer.
I would never go back again. It used to be my very precious and relaxing appointment but not here. It felt like I wasted my money and needed a break after all that yelling.

Have always had a great experience with Suman (unsure of spelling) as my favourite beauty therapist, but due to Covid she hasn't been able to come back to NZ after her trip home. I switched to Pushri (again unsure of spelling) and also Jeet who have done an amazing job.
Reading the other comments on here about Service - id definitely disagree!!! With English as a second language, some patience and understanding as a customer goes a long way. I would definitely recommend!
Bonus is the discount vouchers you earn when swiping loyalty card too. Thanks ladies x Brooke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible. I went there and the lady with a horrible attitude asked if I wanted rounded or arched. we said rounded multiple times. we also made it VERY clear I didn't want thin eyebrows and to not take anything from my eyebrows and we said it already had shape. she was threading my eyebrows while my mother was guiding her where and where not to touch and the lady was grunting and being rude the whole time. suddenly she threaded a huge part off the bottom of my eyebrows and my mother told her to stop and told her that's of what we asked for and then the other lady cake over and both started arguing with us saying it looks better this way thin with an arch. did not listen at all and extremely rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and have heard positive things about it but didn't have a very good experience with this place. My brows naturally have a good shape and only needed a tidy up, but they went a bit overboard and took too much off. I wouldn't recommend this place if you like to keep natural looking brows or big brows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for eyebrow threading, just a tidy up of the hairs under the brow line and nothing else as my brows were in good shape just needed that little maintenance. The brow technician went too far and ruined the shape and thickness of my brows. She then proceeded to argue with me saying this is what they do, not listening to any of my direction. I Will never go back again. Be cautious when going here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went and got eyelash extensions done, it has been two days and they had pretty much all fallen out, they were quick with putting them on didn’t take their time and they were really clumpy. i went back and complained and they said it was because i was young and my hair was growing which is complete bull. they were all such rude ladies and all had a go at me they were trynna make me pay 70 again to fix even tho i had paid 85 dollars 4 days prior which is ridiculous. i’m
very unimpressed never going back don’t recommend to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for my aye rows to be threaded. Not only was the girl extremely rude she then proceeded to get scissors and took big hacks out of my brows now I have gaps and bald spots. Also $18 which was a rip off. Been getting threaded for 10 years and never seen such a quick, rushed unprofessional job
