β β β β β My husband, my newborn and I, we are all enrolled with the Doctors Papamoa. Because doctors are all booked out so we were booked to see Dr. Dale at The Doctor's Bayfair. He is the best doctor I've seen in New Zealand. He has compassion for his patients. My daughter had dry skin/ eczema (3 months old when we see him a few weeks ago) and she also have congenital clasp thumb which affect her opening her hands to learn to grab stuff. My daughter's skin has improved and Dr. Dale managed to refer us and start the process getting my daughter's thumbs fixed. I really appreciate and this definitely take my stress, worries off knowing that my first and only new born baby is being taken care off.

β β β β β Reception was not helpful at all as I wanted to register and they said there books are closed and they do not know when it will be open, made to pay $70 before even seeing anyone, then to be told by the nurse that the GP are not taking in any casuals, the nurse was good to me by referring me to another practice which I registered there right after which took 5 mins. Not sure who is running this place but it seems like they only want your money then throw you out as fast as possible. This seems to be the trend from all the other reviews very bad experience. Worse doctors of all time!!!

β β β β β Best place ever! I went here on a very busy day were the staff had to perform CPR on a patient, someone else was bleeding all over the floor while others were coughing all over one another. The nurses (I remember one being called Roxanne and the other Jade or something) kept their cool and managed the situation while still being absolutely unbelievable friendly to other patients. The doctors who worked there seemed to be doing an amazing job because even the CPR patient walked out of the clinic like nothing happened. It was like a movie...but better. Shoot out to the receptionists as well, very cool people.

β β β β β Wouldnt even give 1 star for the Dr. Dr Boesche is absolutely useless and rude. Waste of my time and money. Paid $90 and waited 3 hours to be told I can take medication which I was later told I shouldnt by another medical professional when I ended up in ED the next day. Go to 2nd ave or ED if you are looking for immediate care and to be taken seriously.

β β β β β Absolute joke of a doctors. Reception are rude, unprofessional and unorganised. I have been trying to ring the clinic since they opened at 8am, itβs now 12pm, but I keep getting sent to their hold line, after holding for 10+ minutes, the line hangs up. This is not the first time Iβve been unsatisfied with this clinics services, I will be registering else where.

β β β β β On the 16th of June between 8 am and 8:50 am I was at your doctors and had an amazing experience with the lovely ladies on reception and even the nurse who first saw me over. However I was brought to tears in your clinic to the point I started hyperventilating and ended up having a panick attack which I havenβt had ever before due to rude doctor ( Dr Rainer Boesche) I paid $95 to be seen urgently because I have been sick over the past 3 weeks and the previous 5 days have been in agony with pain on my side and pain when I urinate, pretty much for him to speak down and belittle me. Iβm genuinely surprised with his behaviour as everyone else at the clinic was lovely. I got prescribed Panadol and a inhaler and when I asked him for antibiotics as I have phlegm coming up he was absolutely rude and I am so dissatisfied with the way he handled the situation.

β β β β β Absolutely a nightmare to get a hold of. With Covid restrictions I do my best to follow the guidelines they have put in place to call before coming in as well as emailing. Horrible service honestly. Itβs been a week with no reply and they have only ever answered the phone once when Iβve called. Iβm usually on hold for about 10 - 15 minutes before they hang up on me.
Iβm now having to drive to Hamilton because that will be faster than waiting for these guys. Honestly makes my heart ache for those who arenβt just going in for a follow up appointment.
That 2.5 ranking is well deserved! ?
