★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally waxed my skin off and then continued to explain how it was my fault while rubbing things into my raw skin while I was saying it hurt ??♀️Very scared to go back do not recommend at all. In all honesty I shouldn’t have paid to have my skin ripped off cause that’s not what I asked for but I was too upset to process it... in response to your reply ive talked to my doctor and they've advised the situation had nothing to do with an acne ointment lmao i don't have a disease your beautician had burnt and ripped my skin off hence the ripped skin only being on the eyelids rather than above my brows where she hadn't burned my skin. i had noticed the burning feeling when she put it on i just trusted her judgment more and tried to make excuses for her because i felt bad. and yes my skin was stingy around my NOSE area not my eyelids it had nothing to do with my eyelids but i felt like it was my fault when she was telling me it was my skin being sensitive... btw ive had my skin waxed MANY MANY times before and had never had this experience this is kind of unethical to not take responsibility on top of not even doing the job properly is embarrassing for you. 10/10 don't recommend ladies!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I’ve ever received, I paid $27 for threading and a brow tint. She offered me henna after I had already paid and said it would cost +$3 so I said sure. After she finished she charged me an extra $23 and said she told me that the total would be $50 which is a complete lie. My eyebrows are uneven, patchy and still have hairs that I’ll need to pluck out. Worst I’ve ever had ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to go home to pluck all the hairs she missed. I dont pay for a professional to thread my eyebrows to go home to finish the job myself. She knew she had missed heaps I could see it straight away when I got back to my car. but rushed me out of her chair with the flash of a mirror under poor lighting. You get what you pay for I guess. Place was clean and they were asking for vaxx passes before the service which was good.
