★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am absolutely in tears! I never had to deal with a ruder, more unprofessional stylist than Rebecca Sperling. I was told by her: "If you book an appointment at 10am, you need to be here at 10 am, not 10.05!" This was the response when I called ahead to notify of my delayed arrival (outside of my control) and apologise. She did not have the courtesy to call to advise of the cancellation or declare her individual policy to customers on the website. I could have saved myself a lot of petrol getting there. Since I prepaid, I now have to deal with refund hassles. Christmas/ NYE is not just stressful for stylists, and there is no need for a hairdresser to make things worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience. Hair stylist Tinisha provided exceptional service. Made me feel welcome & she pampered me. Her product knowledge and passion for her craft shone through. I'll definitely go back because of her. I also could tell all stylist had a very professional approach & product knowledge towards their own customers needs. Establishment was beautifully setup. Thank you Tinisha & Vivo team stylist. I like my new look. Keep up good work.
