★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst colour service I have ever had. Nothing like what I described or the multiple balayage pictures I showed Brian. He ruined my hair and now, 2 months down the track, I still have awful regrowth lines because he ignored my request to leave my roots as my natural colour. I had to have the colour fixed by another Vivo Salon in Wellington and I've had it fixed again by another salon since then. Management were amazing to deal with and so quick to resolve my complaint, but my low maintenance colour, which should have lasted over 6 months, now needs to be fixed for the third time since visiting this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for a cut and colour. We ran into a bit of a problem with the end results (just some miscommunication) but it was handled very professionally and was invited to come in the next day to sort it. Very happy with how the situation was
handled and how my hair turned out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the amazing pleasure of having Talyor to do my hair, and it was the greatest descion I made. The service was awesome and Taylor was really good at what I wanted done. I highly recommend you go to vivo Masterton because you wont regret it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was good they are available for the weekend short notice booking lady was lovely to talk to but just wanted a straight cut very expensive and the cut was noy straight and was told to put mask on while getting haircut that just seems stupid ? pretty sure its not illegal to not wear a mask while getting a haircut just more for the other customers info more than the workers some people are too ott

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely wouldn't go back for anything more than a cut. Good note- lady cutting, was very knowledgable re curly locks what to use with the cut (eg no razor blade) an length ideas to accompany curls.
Had foils on virgin hair.
Boy what a stressful experience an then the *plan wasnt stuck to anyhow.
No root melt
An no blush or blonde look when leaving...
Just over exploded streaks with loads of *brown natural hair left...when I questioned the end result they said I'd have to come back an Re pay again despite clarifying on the booking call an at my consult that via a full head of foils what I sought could quote "definitely be achieved"
Just a waste of time for how freaking experienced an *good at colouring they claim to be....¿
I most certainly wont trust vivo to with colouring again!
Not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taylor has been foiling & cutting my hair for the past 6 months. She is always cheerful & happy go-lucky. I decided to let my daughter know of the great job that Taylor does & my daughter is really fussy when it comes to hairdressers, I managed to twist her arm to give Taylor a chance at Vivo & all I can say is… Taylor did a fabulous job & daughter is super happy.
