Hands down its the best hair experience I have had. I always feel confident and happy walking out. So a huge thank you Josh for giving me that confidence I need and HIGHLY recommend to everyone ?

I have been through many different hair colours with Josh but the work he has done for my blonde hair is so fantastic, he always gets it perfect. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming when you walk in and I look forward to my chats and laughs with Josh each appointment.

I found her after a terrible cut and dye job elsewhere and she completely fixed it and I have been seeing her ever since with great results, perfect blends and great cuts. She’s also just a great human so always a pleasure to spend a few hours in the salon with her (I have a lot of hair!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the BEST customer experience when it comes to stylists. Josh actually listens to what you think you want, provides really good feedback and/or suggestions. Then he follows through like a true artisan leaving my hair looking amazing - always! Josh makes the entire experience one to look forward to and good luck getting me to go anywhere else :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely adore my visits to Vivo Milford. I have been a regular for many many years and I always make sure I see the lovely Josh! I have had unruly curly hair that is both seemingly untameable and difficult to cut or style yet Josh has managed to transform it on many occasions! I know I can trust Josh to listen to what I’m wanting as well as trust his vision for those times I’m not actually sure what I’d like to do. He’s a wealth of knowledge, skill and so friendly! Highly recommend him.
The salon is always beautifully presented and clean and the staff are warm and welcoming. The expertise and support you get is matched nowhere else and I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else to treat myself to a relaxing new look.

I really look forward to my appointments now as it feels like I am catching up with a friend. He always remembers and asks about my life and every time I walk out feeling amazing because of the job he does with my hair. Highly recommend Josh/ the salon to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Vivo for a long time now and due to my previous stylist leaving for overseas I ended up at Milford with Josh - he has been amazing with my hair, every appointment seems to be better than the last. I love the care he takes to discuss my needs and concerns and the end result is always exceptional - even with my hair that likes to challenge many a stylist. I can't recommend the team there highly enough - always professional and caring to all their clients.
