★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wait was a nuisance. Fries cold, burgers just warm by time we got them. Which makes me a little reluctant to return.But watching the guy put stickers on deliveries was more annoying and their wait time was worse. I watched an order with a sundae and a burger meal inside took over 5 minutes or maybe longer before given to driver. Perhaps understaffed? But there looked like sufficient on the day. The delivery drivers had long wait times. I was greatful I got mine before some of them. I feel sorry for the person that ordered the sundae. Do you need gloves to put stickers on? The man was having issues and ended up slapping on a few extras. Do you think its wise to put a sundae in same bag as burger? Maybe next time it will be better. In all fairness drive thru was busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give a 0 star rating if I could. We waited in a very slow long line on a busy night (pregnant here, just wanted some fries) got to the window and no one had taken our money yet. We told them we still needed to pay and had our cash in hand ready to go. The manager yelled at us to go to the back of the line and that we were stealing our fries even as we explained there was no one there to take our money and we had cash to pay right there. My husband ended up throwing my fries back at him. So I have no fries and what a HORRIBLE experience as a customer trying to be honest. We could’ve driven off without saying anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this McDonald’s a little slow and in spite of the long wait, the chips have been quite cold and soggy on multiple occasions. Am also alarmed by the choice to have the outdoor seating area by the playground exposed to the elements. There is a tiny portion that is not roofed and for some reason that’s the only seating area. (Photos for reference). Found this particularly challenging with my kids playing on a rainy day and having nowhere to sit and watch them let alone eat nearby. Huge oversight in the recent renovations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wanted to start by saying the girl who served us did a really nice job i imagine she's new but she did really well.
However this is not the first time we've been through this drive thru and had items missing from our order (a mistake is one thing but this has happened far too often now) and i don't believe the people packaging the orders are paying enough attention. i am aware it is usually managers that are packing orders. You should be ashamed as you're ripping your customers off and its disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a line of cars waiting even at 2330 hrs. They should have the restaurant open till at least midnight. Other than that, no problems. The staff was polite and got the order right. They didn't give serviettes, other than that, no complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through the drive through at 3.30am tonight, and the service was fantastic! The guy taking orders was polite, professional and friendly. The girl giving out orders was lovely, I could feel her warm smile even though she had a mask on. To receive such good service despite it being graveyard shift on a Saturday night is highly commendable. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was just as you would expect from Macca's. Quick service but that was outside busy times. Was clean and tidy and they've just done renovations so it looks quite nice inside. The playground is shut because of Corona, so maybe go to the drive thru and take go to Centennial Park if you've got children who need to burn off some energy. The Monopoly competition is running now so there's heaps of freebies to win.
