★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with my Smart Prime 6 that stopped charging and had issues with just about everything. Over time the corners of the phone had worn, and at some point had been hit and the weird plastic around the edge of the screen had cracked a bit. When I took it in and said what the issue I was having was, they simply said it had impact damage, and they would do nothing. I mean, I get that it may not be covered by warranty if it's had some serious damage, but it would have been nice to not have been turned straight around and told that because it looks like it's had some minor "damage", they won't go anywhere near it.

ONE big problem the new Samsung phone has no wall charger!! it was told to me after spending a lot of money. I would have liked given discount for the plug!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is horrible. Brought an iPhone there and it already wasn’t a pleasant experience as is, then the charger broke after a month of using it. They apparently posted it back to the Apple store in Auckland for them to analyze and replace it and had not heard back from them for a a month and a half. We then went in and they were passive aggressive towards me because I kept asking about the charger as it should only take 10 working days or even less. it’s now been 3 months and they still have not communicated with us about our faulty product. Never had this experience with other stores. They just usually just give us a new charger. Extremely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful but gave me the wrong information. It was a complex legal area (EPA) but as Vodafone’s online service is so obsessionally secure and customer unfriendly it was the only place to go. In the end I eventually got help from one online individual that exceeded the rest and who put me in touch with really helpful and knowledgable people. It was a long haul though.

Both my brother (who has a hearing disability) and I were really appreciative that Jack was so patient, not rushing us, answering our many questions and setting up the new phone. Thanks very much :-)
