Other then that Ive had no issues after minutes of back and forth it finaly went threw
Other then the tech guy asking for my debit card details which seemed pretty weird.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your staff might want to remember who pays their wages and be a bit more civil. Not everyone who walks into Vodafone is a millionaire and can afford top of the line phones some people just want a reasonably cheap phone not a $1000-$2000 phone ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to close my phone account 6 months ago and had to contact Vodafone 3 times before they managed to achieve this and pay me out a $30 credit. Now they've contacted me to say there is a 51 cent credit still on the account and I will be charged a $2.40 monthly administration charge if I don't claim it and then an $18.40 penalty fee at the end of each month if I don't pay the administration fee. Hours of wasted time on the phone with these people. If i could give zero stars I would.
