manager said all he would do is refund the tv or put up with the fault. Pushed my parents into a corner of accepting a faulty tv or go without. worst retailer I have ever dealt with. Staff there were awesome and should get a pay rise. Fire the manager and put someone better in there.

Here in Thames we always get great service as well. i have bought lots from them as we are in a new house Had amazing service as well Very polite also great discounts thankyou. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We shop at Noel Lemming regularly in Auckland. However when we have holidayed in Taupo over the last 2 years have shopped at the Taupo branch. Each time we arrive in store Dina greets us like long lost friends and is able to understand quickly what we need. Her product knowledge and customer service is top notch. Dina is an absolute stand out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only Noel Leeming store in Taupo and has great shopping experience as rest of the store nation wide. The staff is friendly and helpful and has all the electronic gadgets, accessories and household items you need. We stopped here on Boxing day and it was really good experience. We were in and out of the shop in 10 minutes. We got we wanted and it was done so fast.
