★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was terrible. While we were still waiting for our meals, the table beside us left and said good luck ever getting your food. Very very disappointing, I will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice little restaurant. The food is both good and affordable. Unfortunately the beef in massaman curry was a bit tough and chewy, otherwise everything else was delicious. A very generous amount of prawns in the prawn red curry. Would definitely come back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Waited an hour for food. When it finally began to come out, it was either wrong or did not materialise. Starters, if they came, were served after mains. A roti ordered with a main came out before the starter, was sent back and came out twice more before the main. Thai fish and cashew chicken were like rubber. They had originally tried to change our reservation time despite booking weeks before. Just don't go is my advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would rate this restaurant 0 stars if I could. Wait times were terrible, all the food came out at completely random times, the establishment was filthy, when we ordered rice it took 30 minutes to arrive by which point all of our food was cold, the rice they brought to us was day old rice that we called them out on and only apologised once we complained. Terrible experience, I will most definitely never be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered takeaway Thai for birthday dinner and was utterly disappointed! Very over priced for a fried rice that was not properly cooked with no other vegetables other then cabbage and 4 pieces of chicken, a cashew chicken and pad Thai that had soy much soy sauce you could not taste anything else! Very disappointing as well used to love Phu Thai Luanna, but since change of ownership we will not be returning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. Walked in at 6:15 pm for a table for one. Only 6 other people there. Ordered a fried rice.
35 mins later food had not arrived. Family table of 4 also had issues with slow service. They seemed to be spending all their time bringing out food for a hot pot for a table of 2. I gave up at 35 min wait for my fried rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately our main meals were inedible. Some staff were friendly while another was obviously rushed or unhappy and pretty inhospitable. It seemed like they had made a large batch of plain chicken and vegetables and then drowned it in soy sauce to the point we couldn’t eat more than 2 bites. The staff were receptive to our issue and instead of having fresh meals prepared we chose to leave and not pay for the meals. While waiting outside we encountered another table of diners who had experienced the same issue we had. The best thing we had was the wine…. It was byo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite hot pot buffet in Wellington! All you can eat with fresh and tasty meat and vegetables. Highly recommend if you are craving hot pot. They have a large variety of options and come in cute individual pots! They also have a $29 hot pot with limited options but still tasty and just as filling.
