First time here - Went during the school holidays and got a deal for the kids. While they were the off having a blast I couldn’t help noticing how worn down the place is: many of the video games were out of order or malfunctioning (scabby pucks, sticky air-hockey bats, flickering screens, jumpy steering wheels etc...) , the carpet is a tatty and the place stinks like an old boot. Why not spruce the place, air it out then get some new games in to give it a bit of class!! My kids were blind to all this and had a great time, but to an adult, couldn’t be missed!! In response to your reply: Thanks for your prompt response - sorry if my comments were harsh, but there are issues - yes, my kids had fun and weren’t overly bothered by the things I pointed out in my original post, but I’m an adult who is better able to judge. Unfortunately the place is a bit run down and has things in need attention. Case in point - the air hockey game I played: next time you’re at work go have a play on it then come tell me again if I’m ‘picky’. The puck was worn down from years of use and had several large chunks missing which I imagine prevent it from floating - which is what it’s supposed to do. These were not new scars which lead me to conclude this game had been neglected for some time. The paddles were sticky and also didn’t glide well over the table as they should. Not fun, not the only game with problems and again, not ‘picky’

Awesome place for the price. It really is incredible value for money. It cost us $15 per person for the entire night. 4 hours of fun in an arcade with free games and unlimited laser tag. If you can find 4 hours of entertainment for less than $15 per person in Wellington, good luck to you. There were 7 of us in total and we all had a great time. We had more than 10 games of laser tag while there. The place was packed and from what I could see everyone was having a good time. They offer food and drinks here which are very reasonably priced. The staff here are excellent. Friendly and helpful, they were great when it came to helping with laser tag gear in the fritz and very professional in the face of large numbers of people. Great work. A few machines were out of order around the arcade and on the surface it seems a little bit run down but with the volume of people coming through the door it is almost to be expected. Don't let that stop you though. There is a ton of fun to be had here and we can't wait to go back. Just to give you an example, we spent at least an hour in the arcade and still didn't play all the games. While some were out of order there was ample choice for all of our tastes and plenty of machines available even with the high volume of people.

Always enjoy this place for parties and some fun laser games. The party food is just things like nuggets, chips and pizzas, but the kids enjoy it enough for what it is and an easy place too have a relaxed party. 3 x last games can go by pretty quick too, and are a lot of fun with a viewing area for those not wanting to join the games. At some point would be great if the laser game layout was changed, but appreciate this costs money. The arcade games are all pretty old and dated so would be awesome to see those updated, but again appreciate the cost.

Far better experience than I had at timezone. Friendly staff. Games not as expensive. But of course, the lazer force was the main attraction.

Laser force section was great fun and well suited to a range of participants. Unfortunately the rest of the arcade leaves a lot to be desired, almost entirely shooting or racing games, many of which weren't working correctly.

Laser tag is a fun set up and you can join in with other people to make the numbers up. They were offering a $20 super deal where you could get a card and play unlimited laser tag and play on the certain arcade games. Some of the games the card would not work on and they did look outdated and could do with a spruce up.

Firstly a decent entrance greeted by a ton of arcade games, some are buggy but otherwise work fine, most staff are nice and food is average. Lazerforce the game itself is awesome and I can't wait for Gen8 overall a fun game with decent arcade games.

Went for a date night on there Saturday deals and is was really good. We got a arcade card for certain free games and others you had to pay for of course. After awhile in there arcade we decided to have a few games and the other people were so fun to play with, was no awkwardness just good spirits and good fun :) half way through we left to get some dinner and was allowed back in no problems. Friendly service too.
