★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voyager recently bought conversant and it is conversant that I am reviewing. I had been with conversant for business phones for many years. I have found when you emailed them you often did not get a reply even when I followed up several times. The first problem this year is that they said they would now charge for voice recording $25 per month, where before it was free - I complained about this as we rarely use this service but still would have liked to use it (I was informed you could turn on and off for another $25 fee each time). Then there was the migration over to the voyager platform in March, after the weekend it happened my business could not receive any calls from Vodafone mobiles and I rang customer support to get this fixed. They could not seem to fix this and I heard nothing from them about this for over a week. At this point I went to another provider, terrible customer service and I complained about this to anyone I got on the phone or via email. After many years being a loyal customer I feel let down and hope that voyager does a better job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our usual provider was unable to fulfil a port 2 activation which I urgently required for an office move.
We contacted Voyager and was put in touch with Patrick, not only was Patrick able to have the second port activated he managed to have the connection live within two hours.
Highly recommend Patrick and the Voyager team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trustpower were unable to activate a port 2 connection on my home ONT as there was a business using port 1.
I spoke with Patrick at Voyager who assured me they could get the job done, happy to say I was live the next day. He was very informative and assured me that BFB, which was great to know.
Haroon from the help desk was an excellent help when I had trouble connecting my router.
Overall a great experience, Highly recommend Voyager!

Just recently dealt with Sanjay and Andrew who both deserve commendations. Very nice people to deal with, always! I highly recommend Voyager to everyone who has access to their services. You will not regret it at all.

The internet drops out approx 10 times per day but I am told this is normal because wifi is untrustworthy so I should just place everything next to my modem and have it running through an Ethernet. No solutions, and no attempt to help with the issues. Do not recommend

Slow, unreliable Internet and awful, awful service.

Then now we have the product working we LOVE it - making life a lot easier for the whole team. Then after sales support has been excellent also - not waiting ages on hold and know what they are talking about. Keep up the great work!
