β β β β β Waited in line for 30min to be told I had the wrong form, the form I needed wasn't available out front, was expected to go to the back of the even bigger line, while they left the new guy on counter an took breaks.

β β β β β Really unhappy with my experience, I was going for my full drivers license and Brendan G was my testing officer. As soon as he walked in I knew I was gonna fail just from how grumpy he was. He was rude and got annoyed when I couldn't hear him while he checked my indicators. Before we started he explained the sort of hazards to point out showing me examples of three types. When I failed on not gaining enough points, he didn't explain what I had missed, so I decided to go back in and ask, he said I had missed 14 hazards and he didn't want to show me what I had missed saying that I'll get an email with what I had missed. I haven't received that email and it's not letting me send them any emails either. Don't go here.

β β β β β This office branch is very well known as a discouraging site for practical driving exam. The lady inspector (Janet) is a very inconsiderate and irrational inspector. I won't recommend people to take their chance here because there is a big chance of wasting their money here in this branch.

β β β β β Very friendly staff. I went there for my full license test. All I met were cool. Even my examiner was. Convenient enough location. It is located on a one way. Have separate parking slots dedicated to customers for vehicle inspection and license test.

β β β β β I did my wof today but been waiting for 2 hour. When I arrived the guy told me only 5-6 cars before my car should be only 1 hour but then they turn to pull out other cars which is not in the queue. I do not know what was happening but I would recommend them to start thinking about the queue policy.

β β β β β Canβt believe how long it takes these people to do a simple wof inspection on a standard passenger car. The inspectors move at an absolute glacial pace. So far been waiting 2 hours and itβs not even busy. Absolute joke. Pick up the pace guys! Not everyone has 3 hours to sit around waiting for a wof! At a premium price of $72 too! Come on!

β β β β β 1 star for the super lovely woman who served and directed us while waiting in the driveway.
No stars for being failed on windscreen wipers and a handbrake adjustment that the mechanic, when we took it to him, was confused about why we were there.
Much cheaper and less time-consuming to go to a regular mechanic. This was a very frustrating experience.

β β β β β Sue helped me get the new vehicle registration paperwork sorted. We realized I didn't have any screws to hold the plates on (I forgot!) she offered me some and a screw driver to put them on. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. Then once I was all ready to go, the battery was flat! (car was fresh off the boat, flat battery ? ) and was lent a jumpstart pack. Thank you!
