★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We don't think these ladies had any idea of the information we required had to find another VTNZ to ask. Not very helpful today but maybe helpful tomorrow? Clarification of information was not very helpful even when told over the phone to come in. Hoping everyone else has a better experience

The staff are efficient and professional.
Only negative is if you end up in a lane where a large truck and trailer is being checked prepare for a long wait .
We take our motor home to VTNZ Highbrook because they check large vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refused to check interior of car due to stray dog hairs. Was far cleaner than when I've gone elsewhere. Falsely claimed 'hygenie issue' in a full waiting room -- officer was clearly on a power trip.
Officer initially didn't want to explain reasons for failure (just gave a piece of paper). Made him stand there and explain it. Its a good thing I did -- cause he initially claimed only the interior failed (which was a lie).
Expensive compared to other places (but no need to pre-book).
Would only come back if I needed to get a wof done urgently.

They catch up with you while still on the queue to make sure you all good.they help with advise&guidance how to get your truck cof 1st attempt.Keep it up we look up to you,we learn from you and we are motivated by you and only yous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you very much my driving instructor Rakesh for 2 wks ago. He is very good at instructor, I have given clearly direction where to go for my driving test. It made me feel calm, relax and concentrated on my driving. Finally i have pass my full license test, I am so happy. ?Highly recommend driving test at Highbrook?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are awesome! They’re patient, friendly and respectful. The security guard was pretty awesome as well. It’s red light and we had to line up outside and it started raining but they provided us all with umbrellas. Awesome service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was average for my WOF (5/1/2022).
There are no waiting space & free coffees at the moment because of COVID.
You may need to take a hat if you don’t want to get sunburned or find a shady spot during your wait. They had 3 chairs under the sun at the back of the building where you will be told to wait. It will be different once we moved to green traffic right as we may be able to sit and wait inside the building.
