★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today to do my WOF and the waiting is so long and one of the staff members he came to my car and ask me to do u turn and leave without explanation then when I ask him he said we close at one pm and there is few cars waiting as well and only one person do the work even though the time still 12:15pm which is still 45min left before they close.
Then I decided to search for another branch closer to botany which is highbrook and it took me only 8min to reach there so I reach around 12:30 pm and there is no car to do service at all to be honest I felt happy I said they can do it within half hour when I ask them I got shocked from the poor attitude and customer service three of the staff standing and chatting
When I ask them to help me do my WOF they refuse and say we close at one pm and still 30 min lift before they close then I ask them do you know any of the other shop around closer they can do WOF they immediately say no we don't know. to be honest they give me a bad image of vtnz how their staff lazy and unhelpful. management should review each staff members they hire and send them for customer service training because their customer service very poor and unprofessional this is my first time and last time to deal with vtnz not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unless there is a staff member or customer trapped under a vehicle, there is nothing you can say or do to explain waiting 25mins for a single staff member to at least pick up the phone. I call Highbrook once and get an answer on the 3rd ring, they are incredibly busy as well as I had just come from there. FINALLY after, 27mins of waiting, a lovely lady answered the phone after getting back from her break apologizing for the wait. Waiting 27 mins for a 40 second conversation, great business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to wait in your car til you get to the front of the line. I went at 2pm and was 5th in line. Average 20mins per car, I waited an hour in my car in the scorching hot 28° afternoon. The price went up substantially, now costing $72 for a warrant check. I was shocked by the cost and having to sit in the heat for that long, BUT ... the service from staff was GREAT, very FRIENDLY AND POLITE. So it was a 50/50 visit for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the WOF done today. Waited 2.5 hours in the queue and took nearly 40 mints for the check up even though they said its 20 minutes per vehicle. Apparently every VTNZ looks same these days. Much better if they have advance booking system + more staff to avoid waiting time.
