β β β β β wont be coming back, was left so embarassed when a bloke i assume was the manager demanded to see my vax pass because I had a mask exemption and was not wearing a mask, yet I had already been to the counter once and was waiting to go again. Could have been done quietly not across the whole room. There was no notices anywhere that stated I could not enter unmasked unless vaxd and is it actually legal as no one else has ever demanded this? . Disgusting behaviour and insulting. Left there upset at this behaviour.

β β β β β For some years now I have been getting my car's WOF done here, as the team of experienced inspectors are honest with you about what is wrong with your car when it fails a WOF. They also mention to you when your car passes a WOF, that for the next WOF a few things will need attention. This advice gives you a heads up what is required and gives you time to get things repaired for the next WOF. Last week I got my car done here, which passed, and the friendly inspector mentioned to me to get the best out the cars headlights he polished the headlights with a compound so the car would pass it's headlight test. He advised me what compound he had used and was available from Repco. I find VTNZ good to deal with and are up front with your cars inspection. I trust VTNZ compared to garages that you may get a WOF from, and you get a phonecall saying this and this needs done when in fact nothing needed to be repaired at all.Eight years ago I was caught out this way, so I took my car to VTNZ for a second opinion before I got repairs done, and VTNZ advised me that no repairs are needed to be done. It cost me two inspections but it was worth it going to VTNZ. I saved good money by getting a second opinion from VTNZ. So from that time forward i have used VTNZ for my car's WOF, it's worth it.
