★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not your normal VTNZ service here, you need to make a booking at this one, when I arrived two of us waited while a very rude person kept working at his desk, he was aware we were there but chose to ignore us, no vehicles being serviced at the time, then finally lifted his head and told me I need to make a booking, pointed at the door for the number to call, too lazy to take the booking there and then like any other business would. I insisted he did and he finally reluctantly looked at his book and grumpily said they were fully booked until next week. I left and will never ever return, steer clear of this one, VTNZ you need to find a new operator in Kaitaia.

On the plus side the office lady was very nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have never had a problem whether visiting or on the phone,but today a disgrace.Asked about costs for mileage was told to ring another place.Dont feel you deserved 1 STAR even.Margy your Customer Service will always be on point,dunno about the lady I got today!!
