★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to try and get a warrant for my mum's car, as Auto places nearer mum needed appointments and wanted two hours or more to complete a job that should be an hour at the most.
Really impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff here. Wait time was 45 minutes which flew by when spent at a cafe 5-10 minutes walk away. I am even considering bringing my own car to have a warrant done. Definitely worth a try ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Failed WOF on so called "leaking bush". After having to spend money taking it to a mechanic i found out it is simply a rubber bush and only required cleaning. Be wary these people will waste your money as clearly they are not competent. I would not want them carrying out any repairs when they cannot identify basic parts.

Definitely customer focused, AA Hewletts road gets my recommendation, couldnt ask for better service.
The office lady had the paperwork done in under 2 minutes, she is very good.
The inspector owns 37 motorcycles so he knows what to look for.
The whole process took less than 15 minutes, barely had time to finish my coffee.
Nice facilities, clean and spacious, easy place to find.
