★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys are pretty thorough in there full inspection. Not allot of flexibility with the inspector, which is a good thing for the consumer being sure that the inspection is being done in an professional manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were grumpy, very slow, look very disorganized, going in and out of room to room across the forecourt to get mask then back for gloves then paperwork and not looking at cars waiting for over 15mins. 3 staff all took break at same time leaving line of cars. Only 2 rechecked and 1 car wof in hour we waited and still waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually Zero stars. Came in a few months minutes before their lunch. Was told to come back at 1pm (after lunch then I’ll be done first. They just need to open bonnet to see mount replaced. But was told to wait in line (2 cars before me)!!! Did manage to speak to car inspector who kindly checked and gave me the warrant. Won’t go back there
