I was wondering if I was the only one who was very dissapointed in the customer service i received from VTNZ but after reading all the reviews I think it is pretty safe to say that the staff here need to learn a thing or two about customer service. My issue stared when I went in to get a WOF on the 18th of February. I knew that my warrant was going to fail and asked how long the retesting period is to which I was advised 28 business days. My car failed I got a list of things my car needed fix and went on my way. I got ahold of Toyota who advised me that I was advised incorrectly and that it is 28 days not 28 business day. It has been a very busy time trying to book in to get the jobs fixed on my car as everywhere is fully booked. Fast forward to the 7th of March I called again spoke with Adrianna and asked how long is the retest period where I was advised again it is 28 business days. The service advisor for Toyota called and asked they why they were advising their customers incorrectly. To which now all of a sudden they say "28 days". I called back and asked them why they advised me wrong and they didnt has any excuse and said that it was 28 days. No apology no nothing. I asked to speak with someone higher to where I was speaking with Peter. He basically made excuses for his reception ladies saying "weve been open for over 20 years and it has always been 28 days" to where I asked then why have i been today it is 28 business days? No apology for the incorrect information their pushing out to their customers. Peter who is the supposed manager then went on to say "Maybe you need to learn how to read" and hung up on me. Safe to say that I will NEVER EVER BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!

I was in today and had only cash, the office lady looked at me very rudely with a roll of her eyes and said "We don't accept cash" it says it everywhere! When did cash start being worth nothing ??

Found it a bit hard to get through to them over the phone but customer service was very good and the building is set in a prime location and, has a very good bakery right next to it.

Very long waiting. Why not have a booking system? Not everyone can sit around for 90 minutes before getting served. It took more than 2 hours to get a WOF.

Sorry to say but rude, very rude testing officers her name is Puti H. Failed me for no reason just to satisfy her ego. at roundabout where she asked to stop even when it was safe to take a left turn. She just explained everything really quick and slammed the car door on me. I don’t even know why.

Vtnz drivers license supervisor was friendly and made me feel very comfortable during the test (5 star for her), however the blonde receptionist needs more training on customer service. Felt like she was looking for an argument the whole time I was interacting with her and she huffed like it was a big deal when I needed help. Put a damper on my experience of passing my test.
