★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The women behind the counters were very disconnected from there roles. They did not explain the requirements to my 17year old son as I watched from the waiting area on the first day for photo I.D. They did not add any value by informing us that an online IRD number could be used in support of the L26 form on the second consecutive day which resulted in not being able to sit his learner license because they were all booked.
There was no empathy for the fact that they did not disclose this after 2days which was Christmas Eve 2021 Just simply dismissed. I am a CSR for wonderful organization who absolutely know what it takes to be great and offer continuous support and wellbeing where staff want to give the best service, clearly these women should not be the face of any reputable company. At least if they were in contact center they could fake technical fault if they clearly do not wish to give a basic good service. I will have to go back a third time just to get a learner license for my son. FYI this has been the service given in the past as a loyal local patron I believe enough is enough..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a Indian girl behind the counter with long hair in a ponytail, I just walked in she yelled at this boy for coming in the wrong way. It was totally rude I really think she should learn respect or talk to her customers cause if it was me spoken in that way I will not tolerate it. Not professional at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had good service from these guys for a long time now, I went there last week and was able to get service without mask etc but was unable to pay with cash, that is disappointing as I now have to use AA for the same service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a restricted test booked for today, I had Arvin as my instructor, he was very clear with his directions and what he expected. I recommend getting your license through vtnz takanini, their people there are kind and polite. Overall great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d give negative stars if that was possible. Complete waste of time and money.
Took car for WOF. They charged $72 for it and failed for minor defects (faded headlights)… no option to pay extra to get it remedied. no mention that they actually don’t provide any service at all prior to taking in the car. This information would have definitely helped us not choose them as we knew that’s one minor fixes were needed.
No other automotive places do this, instead they help fix minor problems. So at-least your WOF costs are not completely wasted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were really nice even though I was a little stressed. But was most impressed with the way the driving instructors tried to help out a man with limited english. Talk to him like a human being and where very kind. Well done guys, your service was fantastic.
