About Wai Build
Before starting any work we ask customers to enter into a pre engagement contract. This contract covers specific tailored details for your project and what time and resources we will spend on the pre-work to obtain accurate costing. We will give you our honest advice, even if that means less work for us. After this process and quote is completed we then enter a Building contract as is a legal requirement as it provides details such as our insurances etc.
We provide all clients with a time frame and working schedule so they know at any point where we should be up to and any important dates such as council inspections. Importantly, your single point of contact is only ever a phone call away if you have any questions before, during or after the work begins.
