$105.00 per month for couples. $24.50 per week,
$15.00 casual per visit, referred by member, money paid into honesty box
Family Deals , similar to couples, once one member is joined, eg it's only $35 per month or $8 a week to add each extra family immediate family member, (ie Mother and Father Join its $105 month couples rate, they start adding there children, then it $35 per child per month. Plus if you pay up front for 5 months you get 6, or 9 months and get 12. Even more savings

The quantity of weight plates, bars and the weight range of dumbells means this is a gym for your average Joe, weightlifter, bodybuilder and powerlifter. The mix of cardio, weight machine and free weight equipment means a broad range of workouts can be achieved, and with the outstanding support and knowledge of the owner, the goals that are set can be achieved.
The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming and the clientele and decor is inspiring. I can't rate this gym highly enough.

Heaps of good equipment, along with all the extras! This is the first gym I've been to that actually has micro-plates of less than 1kg.
