★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found “the boys” dishonest when it came to selling my friends houses. They inflated the market price to secure the listing but then bullied them into selling at a much lower price. They come across as wanting to be your friend but as soon as they have the $$$ from the sale you are nothing more than an inconvenience.
