The Dutch lady vet was ever so helpful and caring and quick as lightning with a job for me that required speedy action to lesson trauma and psychological damage to a little boy cat for us. She and the nurses are just so great.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND COMMEND THEM. THEY HAVE MY HIGHEST COMMENDATIONS ??️???️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to retire our 20 year old cat. The staff were awesome. Waited until my husband could arrive first. After, the vet placed her in a lovely box with a rose and a few cat biscuits. The nurse had written her name on the outside of the box in lovely flowing style, gorgeous touch. The receptionist even hugged me. They were just great people to deal with at such a tough time xx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ from the first time i took our old dog he was wagging his tail as he went in he was happy. the staff were welcoming and all lovely. service A PLUS
!sadly the second trip was for him to cross the rainbow bridge .the vet and nurse i have never felt a room so full of love as our boy crossed .got a hug from both they arranged for our boy to go and be cremated. recieved a lovely card from them in the mail .from the receptioinst to the vet never met such a great bunch of people.resident cat pretty cool.dude.well worth the trip from kati kati

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish my reason for writing this was a happier one, but I had to say thanks all the same. Abby and Cosby brought us a lot of love and constant companionship; it is hard to believe they are no longer with us. We are very grateful to the staff and especially Dr Asse for her expert care, kindness, and understanding as we slogged through years of typical Westie health issues. No matter how difficult it got, we could expect help, answers, and advice. Thank you for helping them live the best life they could. Even though they are gone, we will never forget their presence, Abby and Cosby will always be with us in our hearts and memories.
