★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, lovely management, comfortable beds, heat pump a great option for July nights! The only reason I've not given 5 stars is that the bathroom and toilet windows in the room I stayed in really need coverings of some sort. They are frosted glass, but I still think they need treatments.
Otherwise a really nice place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unclean, we used plastic cutlery etc as provided utensils were old and unclean. We had a single bed squashed in with queen bed which left no space to move. Our friends upstairs booked a room with sea views but there is only one room with views which they didn’t get they also said it was dirty and needed attention. Very few TV channels and also noted no smoke alarms. Very expensive!!!
