β β β β β I had an amazing experience on Sunday. There is a cafe on board which you can also order food and drink(non-alcohol/alcohol). I would say all of the dishes are good and tasty. Especially the price is not expensive at all. I fall in love the this river and the spectacular view. Departure time at 12:00pm for 2 hours is my highly recommended. Book online and select the food you like is also convenient.
Why not try to experience this by yourself?

β β β β β Bad customer service, was moved from 10.30am to 1pm and told them I was gonna be a min late, while on the call the person on the phone just said ' unfortunately we are leaving now ' and hang up, we saw the boat leave as we were walking towards it. The call was on 12.58 pm
Email them about it and they didn't bother replying.
Advice would be if you're travelling to Hamilton and asked if you can change the time , better to take the refund if you have other plans

β β β β β Would not recommend spending your money on this. Skipper appears to treat people very differently based on certain... characteristics, and was not as enjoyable as would would have thought. We got a bad seat in the middle thinking we would be able to go to the front more but this was not the case as they would not move the couple that had a table inside back to the seats to allow others outside. Use your money for something else.
EDIT: my review was nothing to do with food, although the way that situation was handled was equally as unprofessional as the rest of the trip

β β β β β Booking is a hassle. Looked at the website on Sunday and there were times available for Monday. Next day before booking in the morning we went to see where is departure point and on the fence we found timetable for Wednesday-Saturday only (prices were also bit different). So we hold off and went to ask and book in museum as advised on timetable. Lady in museum said they don't do bookings in museum but in the nearby gallery. So we went there. Lady there said the next available booking is Thursday afternoon. And she was using exact same website to check it. So we thought ok not this time. After a while when we already walked away from the place, we saw a ferry on the river almost empty so we checked website again and there were spots available the same day and next day. But we would not make it on time at that point. Just disappointing you cannot actually find out how/when to book and all the sources say different thing about availability/price/timetable.

β β β β β So glad we finally got to do the cruise! Was a nice and relaxing arvo in the sun! There was a mechanical issue at the start with the boat but the staff were super nice, helpful (offering other options if the boat continued to not start properly) and communicative to everyone boarding. They got there in the end and the whole trip was super fun!

We made the reservation online, without any inconvenience. Everything was very easy and simple. However, we did not read the details of where we were to arrive moments before boarding the boat, so when we arrived, the boat was had already departed, in front of us. Our mistake.
We communicated immediately but it was not possible. However, a few minutes later they called us back and we explained the situation and since then we have had excellent support from Darren.
He has been a great help in trying to find a solution!
Great customer service. Highly recommended.

β β β β β We booked in for today at 1pm and no one else showed up. Our family had the boat to ourselves. The staff were awesome and let the kids ride the boat. We had the best time. The food was good. Thanks team!
