Sascha was wonderful, bubbly and informative knowing the nature of the boys we rode well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super experience for 2 over 65s, one riding for the first time. The staff were great...helpful, patient, reassuring. Horses chosen for us were just right for our level of experience. Big thankyou to Clare, Arch and Sid for a lovely time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had 10mins pony ride - It was me and my 3 and a half yo daughter. It was fun and we felt very welcome. For me it was nice being back on a horse after so many years. We will definitely be back…I would be keen to re-learn and gain back some confidence. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an awesome experience. We went as a family including two children aged 8 and 10 and the team couldn't have been more helpful. We all felt welcome and supported (being beginner riders) and had a great trek. Really friendly and fantastic commentary and the horses were amazing. We would highly recommend this as a family activity.

The staff were very nice and quick on responding emails to go through my queries and very patient during the training before the ride. That was a great experience for the first time riding a horse. We will come back for more lessons.

The view of the river is stunning and the professionalism of the trainer by Ms Sacha and team have do much assurance for our team after we climbed into the horse and started riding. It was all worth the experience for those who wants to experience riding a horse. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just back from our first riding lesson at Waimak River Riding Centre with 8 and 10 year old daughters. What a way to end the holidays! Amelie was amazing and the smiles on my daughters faces says it all. They have done lessons elsewhere and the one on one attention is definitely the way to go. They are currently looking at pooling their savings to buy a concession card!!
