★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Sam lodge manager he was so lovely on arrival refreshments and a little sweet treat very accommodating we only stayed one night but was the best sleep beds are amazing so clean and tidy everything we needed for a stop over will definitely book in again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waitimo Lodge is one of those gems tucked away in stunning New Zealand that you mentally note to tell your friends to consider when you get back home. Featuring well maintained facilities, great architecture, and astute hosts, this motel provides us with excellent rest and relaxation on our way to Taranaki.
We also were really impressed the plastic free Forest & Bird soap and lotion provided I'm the room!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are clean and tidy the host Sam is friendly and helpful no food provided but a Cafe is just across the road not far to the township by car about a 10 minute walk they provide tea coffee hot chocolate sugar and milk bedding provided also Towles hand Towles bath mat shampoo conditioner body balm and body wash

Staff were cheerful and helpful, we had no issues. Definitely will look to return here if we're in the area again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had 1 night here in a 1-bedroom room and it was excellent. Clean, warm, spacious, well furnished and equipped. Really appreciated the welcome sweet treat on arrival and complimentary water and milk. Highly recommended.
