★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are two main ways to access. The longer Old Blyth Track trail was muddy in winter needing boots or light footwork in waterproof trail shoes. The more direct trail is of a higher standard with gravel and boardwalks and suitable for any footwear.
There is a 3-4 car parking area and easy to see signboard at the start of the Old Blyth Track a bit past the 7km market post.
We took 4.30 hrs return through the pleasant forest and alpine areas. There is a good view of the mountains on the boardwalks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Word of warning, there are quite a few steep stairs along the track, but, the views you get of both the mountain and the falls are very much worth it.
It's 40 minutes each way, with a boardwalk halfway along.
THERE IS NO PHONE RECEPTION DOWN AT THE FALLS!
