★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A majestic view of the Lighthouse with Mt Taranaki at the back of it in a fine day is the selling pt of this landmark. Only a short drive off the main road, there’s no sign post on the main road pointing the location of the Lighthouse though. No access to the Lighthouse or the base of it. There’s no car park there as well so you are able to park cars there only when there are not many visitors
