★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked from Wenderholm campground with a 6 and 7 year old for an evening icecream. We arrived at 7:45, one customer was being served. the lady 'shopkeeper' said "sorry we are closed' I pointed out that we walked from the campground and you are serving someone. "Sorry we are closed"..
I was in utter shock that any shop keeper could turn away 1 adult and two children that just wanted an icecream and had walked 30 minutes to get it!
Complete and utter shame on the shopkeeper. How dare you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A terrible place which sells over priced bottles of water at $6 a litre when there is free spring water available from the ground bearly 200 metres away. Waiwera is well known for its free water that comes out of the ground. I wouldn't go there unless I was really desperate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bottle of ice tea from Waiwera Minimart on Sunday before going to the beach and had been drinking it Sunday a d Monday. On Tuesday, I went to work and my stomach started hurting and I felt nauseated - I was sent home as I couldn't work. I checked the ice tea bottle and found that the drink was expired on the 19th of June 2020. This is horrible!! Check your stock!!!
