When we returned to have the ring resized, she not only recognised me, but remembered both our names - it made us feel special and shows she cares about all her customers.
I couldn’t recommend Anne highly enough and I look forward to going back and having her help us in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous customer service. I went in there to look at something I was thinking of buying online. Ran helped me not only try it on but gave me really helpful opinions without the pressure. In the end I bought something different than the original thing (and bought right then and there) and left with a really big smile. I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a long time and am thrilled with the quality of what I bought too. Nice atmosphere in a busy mall but it was the people in there who made it.
