★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a ring that was the wrong size for my girlfriend here. The staff were amazing and offered store credit equivalent to the rings value even though i didn't have the recipe on me. They went beyond my expectations for a franchise store.
Thank you for being kind to me, it's pretty stressful buying something for someone else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother and I came into the Albany store today and the girl that was working has such an amazing attitude and is so lovely! She makes everyone feel welcome and it’s so great to see.
Unfortunately, there is only one of her and she can only be at the counter to check people out, which means that they’re is no control over how many customers come into the store. The limit for the Albany store is 10 people, but people weren’t reading the sign and they just kept coming in to the point where you couldn’t really move in the store.
Head office should really make it so that there is more staff on to control how many customers are coming in. I really did feel for that girl, but she is so great! The stars are for her amazing service! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the loveliest two ladies in store today. One was Claudia (I hope I have that right) who also pierced my ears. The ladies were so cheerful, welcoming and really supported each other. Just generally thanking each other and working well as a team. They really seemed to enjoy their day.
