I am very grateful for their genuine and fair approach and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like to give out bad reviews but in extreme cases, I think it should be known so that I might be able to help out future potential customers. Don't bother with these people. Save yourself the time and the headache and just go somewhere else. It would be better to pay a little more for service elsewhere than to have to deal with their poor customer service and unreliability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five star reviews??? Well, we can confirm the one star reviews below. I have experienced the habitual rudeness of the office 'lady'. Be prepared to wait in silence for service when she feels like it! My sister took her car in for some moderate panel beating. On at least FOUR occasions Nick assured her he would "phone" (once in front of me as well). He never once called. After three weeks of this, when my sister went to pick up the car Nick said "Co-incidence, the car is running a bit rough, sounds like it's running on three cylinders". WELL can anyone tell us how a reliable Toyota can suffer a broken con rod and collapsed piston just moving it from the yard to the panel shop??? Also the odometer reading showed nearly 50 km extra when picked up than when dropped off. The car was written off. AVOID this business! There is another panel beater in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to go here for my insurance,to get window replaced. Big mistake. Replaced front windscreen with an awful window of very very poor quality. It wasn't fitted properly so it leaked lots was a mini waterfall in the car and had to pay a lot to fit items inside the car as they refused too. They offered to refit the window without leaks, it leaked again and got glue all over the glass, along with razor blades they leave all over the floor so I got a flat tyre.
The glass window was still bad and wonky so took somewhere else and had it all replaced again. Awful service and quality.
