★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother emailing - they just don't respond. Incredibly bad Public Relations. Very disappointed.
The treatment was very disjointed, having seen 4 different vets for the same problem and realizing there is no 'main file' for the animal.
Vets are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any help I need, the team is ready and able to answer questions. If the staff member, does not know the answer about a product range, they will get another staff member who does. I know my pets are in capable, safe, caring hands when ever they have needed veterinary attention. Thanks Wanganui Veterinary Services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible vet clinic, no compassion. My poor cat suffered here for 5 hours with no one looking after it, all for a delayed blood test, and the crappy vet didn't even do a full blood test. She was dead wrong on the diagnosis and didn't listen to anything we said we had tried, cat died that night after we rushed it to Emergency, the vet in emergency did his best but could not save our cat. Had these morons hired someone competent and compassionate our cat would be alive today. Do not bring your animal here, they will let you down when it matters the most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using this vet for 6 months whilst we baby sit our wee dog granddaughter. We cannot speak highly enough of the care and love ourselves and our little April are receiving. Nurse Susan is amazing, so caring and kind. She relaxes our little April so well. The ladies in the reception area are outstanding as well. We can not thank them enough for the service we are recieving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worse experience in my 50 years of dog ownership. Paid $750 for operation only to have my girl returned two days later due to their botch up and charged $750 again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks for helping us out when we were in a tricky spot. Friendly, price competitive, with a great selection of everything for your pet.
Next time though give us a heads up if what our dog has is highly contagious to other dogs so we can adjust plans if required. We had no idea what our fur friend had would hurt other dogs.
