Some staff has no knowledge how to photocopy so all customer has to wait for long time in a queue while 1 staff handling photocopy n all.
There were 2 staff standing beside counter and doing nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible service. The most u helpful and sarcastic staff. The elderly lady at the till needs to go for customer service professional development or leave! Thank goodness I don't have require this service again. The gentleman who actually does the photocopies was one of the best customer service representatives I've ever come across... Pity he has to work with such saur people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got the worse service ever there. It started off good then the guy who was doing my printing left to serve someone else before my things were even printed then the girl who took over had no idea what she was doing and just kept complaining shed only had two hours sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a couple of printed items as an experiment to find out if the service was suitable to use for my business. The quality was good but unfortunately it took a ridiculous amount of time to receive them, it's not an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you go here for printing be prepared to wait. Twice I've been just to print a single page. The first time took an hour to get to the front of the queue. Today, the second time, I was second in the queue but there wasn't anyone at the counter. Not sure how long the guy in front was waiting but I didn't want to be waiting an hour like last time so left after 5 minutes. Maybe a self service photocopying/printing might work.
