★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can highly recommend Warm and Dry homes. Brendan and his team were professional, respectful, friendly and tidy. They came to install a drymatic ventilation system and replaced our rangehood extractor fan several weeks ago. Waited a few weeks to review so that we could see the difference when the colder, wetter weather hit. The extractor fan purrs away quietly which is a huge improvement and we can happily report that we have had zero condensation on our windows since the drymatic has been installed. (Previously, every window in the house would be weeping whenever we had a cold night). We have had to use the heatpump less also. We are so pleased with our deceicion to have this system installed. It has solved our problem entirely and were happy to have supported a local company. Brendan's team are the kind of guys to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. They even straightened out a few crooked light fittings we had! Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were experiencing continued problems with the venting of our downdraft IKON cook-top. The original installer was not familiar with this kind of "range hood extrator" that is built into the cook-top. It draws the steam and fumes from cooking down thru the centre of the cook-top, thru a fan and a filter, and then it exhausts into the kitchen near the floor. [This is the kind of extractor that works best in a passive-style build.] A repair person made a temporary fix, but could not solve the original problem, caused by IKON provided ducting incompatible with the kitchen design. Brendan of Warm and Dry Homes came to our rescue on the same day we called. Identified the problem, and solved it on the spot for a modest price. He was friendly, personable and efficient! He also took the time to explain it all to us. Thank you so much!

Prompt and reliable we are very happy.
We spent alot of time looking into systems for our home amd rental and would not go anywhere else.
Used them for ventilation and bathroom extractor fans we now have no issues at all with condensation in the home and moisture in bathrooms.
Highly recommend .
